Professional Mentorship Pilot
Rotary Club Lahti International is launching a four-month Professional Mentorship Pilot in the Lahti region for professionals with international backgrounds who already have work experience and are building or redefining their professional path in Finland.
The program connects mentees with experienced professionals who can offer perspective, honest feedback, insight into Finnish working life and, where relevant, professional networks.
The pilot includes:
- 4–6 individual mentoring meetings
- an in-person kick-off on 10 November 2026 at 18:00 at StartHub, Lahti
- a midpoint peer session in January 2027
- an in-person closing session in March 2027
We are currently inviting both mentees and mentors to take part in the pilot.
For mentees
The programme is for international professionals in the Lahti region who already have professional experience and would benefit from support in clarifying their next step, understanding how their experience can be used in Finland, or exploring a new professional direction.
For mentors
We welcome experienced professionals from Rotary clubs and the wider professional community who are willing to share their perspective, experience and knowledge. Previous mentoring experience is not required.
Apply by 25 October 2026.
